The Marshalls Group has over 2,700 employees operating at our manufacturing sites, quarries, service centres and offices throughout the UK. For all of these people, Marshalls is committed to ensuring the workplace is a safe, diverse and fair environment in which to work.

Marshalls believes that our people are vital to the ongoing success of our business and we recognise the diversity of our local communities, employees and customers.

Marshalls contributes to charities supported by our employees, who donated approximately £23,000 to their chosen charities in 2005. Our people also undertake a wide range of challenges to raise money, including The Great North Run, the London Marathon and the South Pennine Challenge.
